All orders are processed within 36 hours of being placed and are shipped out shortly thereafter. Please allow 4-6 business days from the processing time for delivery (within the US).
All orders receive an email with a tracking number and if the recipients are within the US, you can track the order via the US Postal Service here:https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
If the recipient is located outside the US, delivery times may be longer but should not exceed 5 weeks from the time of being processed (see above). If you do not receive your package in the allotted amount of time, please contact Lyda Beauty customer service. Although there is a tracking number provided for all orders, they are only trackable while circulating within the USPS. We are not responsible for tracking beyond the US.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
BILLING
Your credit card will be billed once your order is shipped.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to states in which we have nexus.
NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not offer price adjustments on any products.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any items with a maximum purchase of $450 (not including shipping, handling and tax) per customer per order per month. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by Lyda Beauty. Lyda Beauty may reject orders at any time in their sole discretion if they suspect the order is for resale or export.
